The emotion and character that can be expressed through an individual's handwriting is incredibly powerful to me. Juxtaposing old handwritten love letters with typed love poems is also a beautiful comparison - in their own unique ways, they control how the text is read and processed by the reader, while creating a compositionally beautiful page.
