  1. 1. I really like how you're playing with color and transparencies in this first one. I had a similar layout in one of mine, but with the added elements yours is much more interesting to me. It is also still readable with the added text, which is important. I also don't see the logo as being such a heavy element anymore, since the color has been changed and balanced throughout the composition.

    2. Because of the way you treated the text, my eye was pulled toward the title of the event (Michael Gericke...) first, which I thought was interesting and important information. I also like how the logo is sort of washed out and positioned in the lower corner. The added red/purple color really aids in creating a type hierarchy.

3 & 4. I think I like the 3rd composition better than the fourth. The repeated shapes help to create balance, and the blue pulls my attention toward certain information first; I read it from top to bottom. I also like the way the gray pieces highlight pieces of information as well. Maybe try making the logo grayscale as well? The black box in it really stands out.

For the fourth, I like the way you started playing with more organic shapes. Once again, I enjoy the balance that is created by placing similar shapes top and bottom. Here, the logo seems to blend in a little better as well with the gray triangular plane coming out of that corner. I'm also not sure how I feel about all of the address, besides Milwaukee, enclosed in a shape. I think that whole area of text could be covered maybe?

    Overall, I like :)
